CrowzNest is a simple tool to automate file uploads for Mac OS X.

Select local folders to monitor for file updates called Hot Folders and link a remote FTP folder to it.
CrowzNest monitors the Hot Folders continuously for new files or file updates.
When an update is detected the file is automatically sent to Captain FTP's Transfer Manager to be uploaded to the remote FTP Site.
